Describe your city or make other notes here, such as the purpose of the city or points of interest: The whole land used to be a smelly swamp, so I spent months terraforming the entire terrain to make it suitable for construction. It also used to have a village where the bank is now. I kept the basements and mines of the village in honour of their unwanted presence. Note how everything lines up to the four roads so the city is divided into distinct districts and areas. Plz mark my city well!!!!11eleven

Re: Competition #2 Form
Results/Feedback Form (abbreviated for brevity, and these are NOT my actual thoughts concerning Orelus!)
City judged: Orelus
Paths and lighting: The use of four main roads makes the town easy to navigate, given its immense size. Lighting is fairly thorough, though a little boring in places. The dynamic lighting outside the arena is an amusing touch. 7/10
Overall layout: Cleanly divided into distinct areas, though perhaps a little too cleanly. It lacks cohesion and a sense of unity, though it’s so large that it’s difficult to actually notice. 7/10
Architectural style: Very inconsistent, though many of the styles are interesting. Of particular noteworthiness is the Edgard District. 6/10
Stair/Step test: Passed! 10/10
Degree of admin help (WorldEdit, moving, clearing, etc. 0=no help, 10=Treijim built it): 7
[I will run your numbers by Treijim to see if he feels they are accurate. If you score yourself highly, you may lose points, but if you score low and Treijim thinks you scored too low, you will lose more points, so please be honest]
I am disappointed that you acquired so much help, but given the sheer scale and amount of detail involved, it is also understandable to get so much help. Therefore, only a few points will be lost, due to the necessity and honesty of your response. 7/10
Items bought from shops (0=no materials, 10=all materials): 1
[We have charts of everything you have ever purchased, so please do not lie! I admire those who gather their own materials, but I also understand the need to use shops]
It is very impressive that you bought so little materials, considering how many blocks were used! Oh, wait. You used Creative mode. How deceiving. 2/10
FINAL SCORE for ORELUS: 70/100

- Saint Thomas’ Cathedral: Overall very impressive. The eastern wing is empty, and the western wing seems rushed on the inside, but the feel of the main hall is overwhelmingly good! 10/10
- Decrepit Library: Very dark and rundown, and I cannot actually find a way inside. Looking through the wooden beams, it seems to be a decrepit library, but it also seems unfinished. 6/9
- Grace of Lord Renin: A glorious vessel. It seems a little bit short and fat, but this is acceptable, as different ships are different shapes. The upper deck of the stern is completely empty, and the rear upper deck is somewhat plain, but the rest is detailed and interesting. 7/8
- Beryl Castle: Though quite simple, its organic layout and practical positioning of rooms grant it an appealing air. Clearly some thought has gone into several of the rooms. The banners are a good final touch. 6/7
- That little furnished shack next to the spawn building: It is indeed a little furnished shack next to the spawn building, but it is nothing more. I found it quite underwhelming. 2/6

Describe your structure or make other notes here, such as the purpose of the structure or points of interest: its the tallest building on the map. the space under it was going to be a crypt hall with 60 unique statues but were changing worlds so i cant finish it. so only look at the top. it all lines up with the water channels in the town. you can climb up the top and drop down the middle. its the longest drop in the world. the towers took a day each to build. i tried to make them look like old medieval cathedral towers.

I guess the main point of the city is to be fairly broad in terms of purpose. There is a farming district which has within it a small forestry area and lumber mil. There is also a small mining district and a fishing boat/ market area. I also wanted it to seem there was a high population number, but dont have much more time to build the other structures i wanted (eg. arena, more housing, shops...)

Describe your city or make other notes here, such as the purpose of the Town or points of interest:
My Town started off a small region to the empire but quickly grew. The wall was one of the most time comsuming build ive ever used. The Garrison at the NE side of Falcons Reach was constructed to hold the walls from any seiges since that part of the wall was the most vulnerable. Before the Garrison was constructed many outlaws attacked from that side of the town, Once the garrison was built the outlaws were shot down before they made it too the wall. I built the mines outside of the walls so the shafts weren't disturbing the surface. The Undercrofts were built to store dead bodies (Outlaws) under the chapel on the castle in the catacombs below. Apart from the castle the gate house is the strongest and most secure part of my wall. The god that people of falcons reach worship is elrath, The dragon-god of light. Elrath's Messagers are the angels.

Describe your district or make other notes here, such as the purpose of the district or points of interest: It is the safest place in my town because of the walls surrounding it. The barracks inside holds weapons and armor to hold off enemies and the tower ontop of the barracks is used for a crows nest. The district mostly focuses on wealth and religon. Only the enlightened may own a home and the soldiers in the barracks fight for elrath's blessings.

Zerehemla:
My town is very academic with the library and university. to train alchemists such as teddy and myself trained by my father Arthroudok.
the dock is built for a lot of merchant, transport, war and fishing ships. the dock also caters for all of these kinds of things with the tavern the red pony or soldiers or people.
Terrowin:
terrowin if heavily fortified and can withstand a siege with only 3 decent people defending it. its walkways and defensive tactics also help with its deftness along with the 243 suits of armor for the soldiers. i would say it is one of my best builds along with its practical and working defenses. the only thing i regret is the location because you can build a trebuchet almost anywhere around it.

-Fighters Guild (Large house, south-west corner of city)
-Assembly Shrine (Circular stone structure, north-western corner of city)

Describe your city or make other notes here, such as the purpose of the city or points of interest:
Illium was created when the empire first settled Temenea and was one of the earliest towns. Created as a fortified town in unknown lands, it has since been transformed into a magnificent city. The city is militarised with many trading aspects. The large barracks and smithy serve as a production of warriors and fine equipment, strengthening Illium as a military asset. The castle is now perched high above the rest of the city and is a main highlight. The main road runs in a straight line all the way through the city, leading you through 3 distinct districts/areas. The Assembly Shrine doubles as a town assembly in peacetimes and a war assembly when at war. It is primarily used for oaths/promises before battle, especially to other fallen soldiers.
