Castle/palace? Empty Re: Castle/palace?

As I've said before, much of the placement is logical. Stables are near the entry/exit/courtyard. The kitchen needs to lead outside, and also to a storage room and a wine cellar. The kitchen should be off the dining hall, which should be within or off of the main hall. The armoury needs to be near the entry/exit as well, and the blacksmith is ideally outside and connected to the armoury. Having the stables near the blacksmith also makes sense. The more regal a room is, the higher it is. The throne room should be off the main hall, not directly accessible from the outside. The royal quarters should be off the throne room. Does this make sense?
