The Quest (Benny's custom quest)

Ok, so in preparation for the quest i have found a location, and, so far nothing else really.
I'm planning to do a lot for this, can i be granted creative mode for when im doing it?
Also, for readers who aren't Treijim, the quest won't be for a long time..

i cant give you creative mode, but i can give you the region for you to build in for nothing, provided its for a quest only, as i already said.
