hiring (creative)

to answer thrallios's question about what it takes to become eligible to hire workers (use limited creative mode). these are mostly guidelines and are considered in large groups, not individual statements

1. good at building
   
2. made at least a couple of towns since joining
   
3. not argumentative or arrogant (gets along with treijim :3)
   
4. liked/appreciated by other members
   
5. not a troll
   
6. takes the server seriously (both building and roleplaying)
   
7. good attendance, plays fairly often
   
8. contributes to the roleplay
   
9. minimal rule-breaking and bans received
   
10. considerate to the worlds systems (not trying to break the economy, etc.)
    
11. shown progress or growth in terms of building/personality/skills since joining
    
12. has been on for a decent length of time (around a year is good)
    
13. reminds people of the rules and reports rule-breakers without being a tight-ass
    
14. completely trusted by admin
    
15. has/uses skype and has spoken with the admin before
    
16. friendly and follows rules (at least in ooc)
    
17. doesnt assume that high ranking members kissed the admins ass to get their privileges
    
18. displays maturity
    
19. at least 14-15 years of age
    
20. offers to help with the server/building
    
21. doesnt complain about being bored on the server
    
22. doesnt always ask for things like day/night/items
    
23. listens to the admin
    
24. completely unlikely to abuse creative mode
    
25. not very susceptible to peer pressure
    
26. has a developed roleplay character
    
27. has roleplayed a fair amount
    

Well I could just about say.... Rohan fits all of these... I really can't think of one.

his attendance isnt that good. he often seems to go long periods without coming on at all.
he hasnt built much. a few houses and a couple forts isnt equal to multiple full towns
i dont trust him much, especially with his recent ban
ive spoken to him on skype twice, which isnt very much at all
hes very trollish/silly sometimes
doesnt always listen to me
his character is new, thus not very developed
his overall server reputation is only average

Ok I see your point but still when he does come on, (and I encourage him to) he spends a lot of time on. He has built Haven_rock he also built Nightshade then he built the extended town now where up to building Englive Fortress, then we plan to add a town, then another less rich town.

He got banned for a stupid reason and I am now in the process of helping with his Self control. He could Skype you more so I agree to that. Again I'm addressing that issue. He tries his best to listen to you. He's original Character "Shadow64" has been on the server since it began (so I've heard) and he has known you before then. He is liked by most people and is overly in general a nice guy.

This is as far as I have gotten with him on this matter and addressing his attitude.

shadow64 isnt a character, its an account. hes on the way but hes not close enough to be able to hire

I totally agree...

Rohan has gotten further away from creative mode from my further understanding he has gone back to his old ways and has little self control and cannot make good decisions therefore He has moved one step away from creative (I believe)
