A new way to get pardoned

I myself think being a outlaw is bad ass but too others maybe not. I think a new kind of church should be available to those who wish to be pardoned. But, for major outlaws there crimes should NOT be forgiven unless they pay a fine for their evil deeds. AKA. gold and if their fine cannot be paid off maybe a fancy jail and they wait there for how ever long the emperor feels. this does NOT mean i am going good i am just suggesting.

Treijim and I were discussing building a new cathedral on Sunday. I believe he intends to start this very soon, on top of the other four or so projects he has going.

Payment for crimes is a good suggestion. However, there are difficulties when it comes to calculating how much one should pay. For example, you have been an outlaw for a very long time, and nobody can recall how many outlawish deeds you have performed. There could be a flat payment price, though.

I do not quite agree with the jail idea. It seems superfluous and it is only extra work for administrators.

monasteries are peaceful places where monks and religious people meditate, pray, and live. they arent prisons

beryl castle would be where the official prison would go. either that, or ill build a prisonhouse. im not planning to, though
