is there some way to set up shop signs so that u can sell enchanted stuff??

I believe they can still be treated as normal items. The only problem is, you would need to sell them one at a time. So if you are selling an enchanted iron sword, just sell the iron sword as normal, but have a sign saying that the sword is enchanted. That should work.
